
1 liter water
2 tbsp chicken bonebroth powder
200-250 gram chichen thighs
2 medium sized carrots
1 small parsnip
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
the green leafs of spring onion
Thyme
Bay leafs
Pepper
Salt
Place all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on the lowest setting for 6-8 hours.
